An Exchange with DeAndra Kramer

We recently launched a new video series called, ZEC Exchange. This video series provides information that supports parents, raises awareness around disability related issues and shares helpful resources. We hope this video series decreases discrimination and increases a sense of connection and understanding on all things connected to disabilities.

This week we sat down with high school teacher and transition coordinator, DeAndra Kramer. DeAndra discussed some of the common issues parents experience when transitioning their child out of a structured school setting and into the next phase of their lives. She also gave helpful tips on what you can do now to get ahead in the transition process.
