Event Space

Classroom A

Holds up to 15 occupants. Large TV for presentations. Classroom tables and chairs. Seating can be arranged according to preference of user(s). Cost: $45 per hour. An additional $20 for every hour outside of our normaloperating schedule (8:30am – 4:30pm) to cover the cost of on-site staff. ADA accessible restrooms. 

Classroom B

Holds up to 18 occupants (or 40 if divider wall is opened). Large TV for presentations. Classroom tables and chairs. Seating can be arranged according to preference of user(s). Cost: $45 per hour. And additional $20 for every hour outside of our normal operating schedule (8:30am – 4:30pm) to cover the cost of on-site staff. ADA accesible restrooms. Classroom B can be combined with classroom C for up to 40 occupants at no extra cost and if both spaces are available at the same time.

Classroom C

Holds up to 22 occupants (or 40 if divider wall is opened). Large TV for presentations. Classroom tables and chairs. Seating can be arranged according to preference of user(s). Cost: $45 per hour. And additional $20 for every hour outside of our normal operating schedule (8:30am – 4:30pm) to cover the cost of on-site staff. ADA accesible restrooms. Classroom C can be combined with classroom B for up to 40 occupants at no extra cost and if both spaces are available at the same time.

Classroom D

Holds up to 23 occupants. Large TV for presentations. Classroom tables and chairs. Seating can be arranged according to preference of user(s). Cost $45 per hour. An additional $20 for every hour outside of our normal operating schedule (8:30am – 4:30pm) to cover the cost of on-site staff. ADA accessible restrooms.

Assembly Room

Holds up to 109 occupants. Large event space with natural lighting, polished concrete floors, and exposed ceilings. Separate kitchenette, elevator, and ADA restrooms. Wide screen televsion for presentations. Cost: $300 for up to four hours. An additional $20 for every hour outside of our normal operating schedule (8:30am – 4:30pm) to cover the cost of on-site staff. Microphone, bluetooth streaming, and speakers available.
