The Zembrodt Education Center can help guide families and individuals as they navigate the challenges of the special education system. Services include in-person and virtual conversations, ARC/IEP meeting accompaniment, inclusion in email communications to and from school staff, meeting requests, and more.

New Client Establishment

• 1-hour of introduction meeting to discuss student records including the most recent IEP/504 plan and more.

• 1-hour to analyze information presented and write a report.

• 1-hour follow-up discussion after analysis.

Cost: $150

ARC/IEP Meeting

An advocate can attend ARC/IEP at the school.

Cost: $50 per hour / $150 max for meetings longer than three hours

Follow-Up Meetings

An advocate will be available for phone calls, emails, record reviews, and more.

Cost: $20 per hour
