Free Financial Empowerment Workshop

The Zembrodt Education Center is excited to partner with Northern Kentucky Community Action Commission (NKCAC) for a financial empowerment workshop.  NKCAC’s Financial Empowerment workshops are designed to give parents/caretakers a practical knowledge and skills so that they may become better consumers, stewards, and household leaders.

Never had a bank account? Let us teach you the different types, how they can benefit you, and how to apply for them. Need to formulate a sustainable budget? Our workshops offer guidance to help you set aside funds for life’s varying needs. Have credit problems? Our financial literacy counselors can offer a number of suggestions for ways to build or rebuild that critically important credit score.

From banking basics to fraud protection to deciding whether to rent an apartment or purchase a home, NKCAC’s Financial Empowerment program is here to help you get the most out of your money.
